Bruised Bum!

What a week I have had this week. It's been really busy what with it being the school holidays. Also I pulled my neck out earlier in the week then yesterday I fell down our wooden stairs! Bloody silly, slippy, fluffy socks! I have a big black bruise the size of your hand cross my bum and it hurts to sit, stand, do anything. Ouch, ouch, ouch.  I was meant to be going to london this weekend to my PPS Aura Soma course with the wonderful Simone who not only is a consultant but an Aura Soma teacher and runs Dolphins and Angels where I purchase my bottles from. I was so looking forward to it.

It's obviously not meant to be but the frustrating thing is I can't even make use of the time in my studio as standing hurts too. Damn it. My deadline for hanging my work for the Brighton Festival is next Friday and I am no where near ready. Nothing new there, I guess those of you who know me are thinking, I like the pressure of a deadline. It stops me thinking to much about what I am doing when I paint and it all flows easier, more naturally.

Anyway I am off to douse myself in B26 the Humpty Dumpty bottle. Helps put you back together again (after a fall!) great for shock (yes I was shocked when I found myself sat in a heap at the bottom of the stairs) and is great for letting go (relaxing all those spasmed muscles in my neck and back) Fingers crossed. But if that fails Rob has bought me a bottle of another kind that is Australian, pink and has bubbles so I can forget the pain!
