So I am coming to the end of working with Bottle B10 Go Hug A Tree. I had no idea what I was letting myself in for it's been quite profound. It started with me having a big crisis of confidence when I first started using it. We would say that's all the hidden yellow, fear and lack of self confidence coming up to be healed.

Green is all about the heart so after I worked through the confidence issues I became really loved up regarding my wonderful husband! It was like dating again. All that excitement. Fantastic. What I also noticed was I started to be able to set my boundries more clearly and speak my own truth without fear. I really noticed how assertive I was becoming. Truth is a big green word. 

As for my paintings for the first time ever I think I have really painted from the heart with no thought to who might buy it them or if they will sell. Bloody liberating I can tell you. I have loved it. Really exciting work. Not sure I want to ever go back to painting with a view to a sale! 

Next weekend I am off to do my weeks residential training to become a level 3 practitioner. I can't wait and I am really excited to see what bottle I will choose to work with next. Each one has helped me make massive shifts and changes in my life.  I wonder what road the next bottle will take me down? They never steer you wrong, that's for sure.

But I have to get off and get my boy ready for cub camp tomorrow then I will have some space to myself for the weekend. Oooh another green word! I will be relaxing with a bottle of Gordon's on the green. It's all green, green, green here. I am living it!
